Magic in Africa 20-year-old MultiChoice reaffirms committment, embarks on a studio tour with fansAccording to Dr. Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice West Africa, the audience has played a significant role in the Africa Magic journey and will continue to do so during the celebrations of the 20th anniversary.

Dr. Busola made this statement during a tour of the Africa Magic studio in Ilepeju, Lagos, for the benefit of the journalists and other guests in honor of the company's 20th anniversary.

Fans had the opportunity to see Africa Magic Studios, the prestigious Big Brother Naija House, the Tinsel set, SuperSport sets for Monday Night Football and SuperPicks, and other rarely seen locations during the studio tour.

Without our audience, our twenty years of telling indigenous stories would not have been possible. They are essential to the tale we tell, and without the audience, this celebration wouldn't be complete. In the past 20 years, the public has enjoyed nearly 30,000 hours of programming created by these studios. Thus, we made the decision to allow a representative group of viewers to experience a studio and interact with some of the creative minds behind the magic we witness on screen.

Channel Head, Africa Magic, Tayo Adetunji, SuperSport Presenter, Mozez Praiz, Groovy Mono from BBNaija, and well-known Nollywood actress Tope Olowoniyan—who portrayed Cleo on the set of Tinsel—were among those on the tour.

Speaking on the tour, the actress recognized Africa Magic's influence on her professional life. "I can't discuss my career without bringing up Africa Magic." My first role came on Tinsel. Because of Africa Magic, Nollywood was a major factor in my personal development. For twenty years, they have been doing this, and it only gets better. Olowoniyan stated, "They've raised the bar for talent welfare and production."

In the previous 20 years, Africa Magic, which began as a single channel in 2003, has expanded to include seven channels: Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, Africa Magic Family, Africa Magic Yoruba, Africa Magic Igbo, Africa Magic Hausa, and Africa Magic Epic.

Currently airing on Africa Magic Showcase are captivating narratives from Slum King, Masquerades of Aniedo, Chronicles, Love and Light, and other programs that Africa Magic is continuing to premiere. The premium Africa Magic channel, Showcase, is now available to GOtv Supa+ and DStv Compact subscribers through November 30 in order to guarantee that more customers have access to new content.
