Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, the Nigerian ambassador to Morocco, passes away at age 42
Mansur Nuhu Bamalli, also known as Magajin Garin Zazzau, was the ambassador of Nigeria to Morocco. He passed away at the age of 42.


He died at a private hospital in Lagos while traveling to Morocco, according to a statement from the Zazzau Emirate.


In 2022, former President Muhammadu Buhari named Bamalli an ambassador. Additionally, he held the title of Magajin Garin Zazzau, which is customary in Kaduna State's Zazzau Emirate.


He was the Emir of Zazzau's younger biological brother.


Bamalli was the deputy director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before being named ambassador. His wife and two kids have survived him.


The funeral arrangements for Bamalli, according to the Zazzau Emirate, would be announced later.
