Emirates will start operating flights to Nigeria; allows Air Peace entry to Dubai

Emirates Airline has unveiled plans to recommence flight operations to and from Nigeria, following discussions aimed at resolving differences between the Nigerian government and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

Additionally, the airline has approved Nigerian carrier Air Peace to operate direct flights to and from Dubai. 

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, shared this information at the conclusion of the 2023 Dubai Airshow in the UAE. 

Keyamo visited the pavilions of prominent aviation and aerospace industries to explore technologies that could contribute to advancing his Five Point Agenda for Nigeria's aviation sector. 

Discussions with Emirates officials regarding the resumption of flights took place on the sidelines of the airshow.
