NIPR welcomes CG Adeniyi of Customs and others to NRMG
The Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has inducted the Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi, and other fellows into the Nigeria Reputation Management Group (NRMG). 


During the inauguration ceremony, Adeniyi, now the Chairman of the 23-member NRMG, pledged to ensure the initiative's objectives are realized. 


He urged governments, individuals, and stakeholders to prioritize reputation matters, emphasizing the impact on the nation's economy. 


Adeniyi expressed concern about the global perception of Nigeria and stressed the need for a renewed commitment to strengthen the country's reputation. 


The Director-General for Voice of Nigeria, Jubrin Baba Ndace, highlighted the importance of truthfulness in narrating Nigeria's stories. 


The President of NIPR, DR. Ike Neliaku, emphasized the committee's role in revamping Nigeria's reputation amid current challenges, outlining specific responsibilities for the group members. 


Other members of the NRMG include former Foreign Minister of State Ambassador Zubairu Dada, President of the African Public Relations Association (APRA) Yomi Badejo Okusanya, and various professionals from different sectors.
